Ingredients:
- 1-2 potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons Capone sauce
Directions:
Slice potatoes long ways into fries.
Pat your fries dry on paper towels before placing into bowl for seasoning.
Coat with olive oil, dry seasoning and Capone sauce, then mix until evenly coated.
On a foil or parchment-lined baking sheet, spread fries evenly.
Bake at 420° for 25 to 30 minutes to achieve desired crispiness. Serve with extra Capone sauce for dipping!
